Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 chicken breast cutlets (about 1 lb)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, thyme, rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken cutlets with the mixture.
  4. Dredge each cutlet in breadcrumbs, pressing lightly to adhere.
  5. Place the cutlets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.
  7. Serve hot with extra lemon wedges if desired.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, spray the cutlets lightly with cooking oil before air frying.
  • Use panko breadcrumbs for a crunchier texture.
  • Check internal temperature—chicken should reach 165°F (74°C).
