4 egg roll wrappers
4 slices halal salami
4 slices halal ham
4 slices halal provolone cheese
1/4 cup shredded lettuce
2 tbsp chopped banana peppers
1 tbsp Italian dressing
1 tsp olive oil
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Lay an egg roll wrapper flat on a clean surface.
Place 1 slice each of salami, ham, and provolone cheese in the center.
Top with shredded lettuce, banana peppers, and a drizzle of Italian dressing.
Fold the sides of the wrapper inward, then roll tightly from the bottom to seal.
Repeat for the remaining egg rolls.
Brush each egg roll lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder and black pepper.
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Place the egg rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
Serve immediately.
