  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic, egg, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  4. Lightly brush the meatballs with olive oil.
  5. Place the meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving space between them.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the meatballs are golden brown and cooked through.
