- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup sliced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
