Ingredients

  • 1 lb white fish fillets (cod or tilapia)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp water
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Cut fish fillets into 1-inch strips.
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, whisk egg and water.
  4. Dip fish strips into egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Place fish sticks in air fryer basket in a single layer. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
  7. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  8. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
