A quick and easy dish featuring crispy shrimp tossed with garlic, lemon, and pasta, all made in the air fryer for a healthy twist.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz pasta (such as linguine or fettuccine)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss shrimp with 1 tbsp olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Air fry shrimp for 5-6 minutes until crispy, shaking halfway.
  4. Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
  5. In a large bowl, toss pasta with remaining olive oil, lemon juice, and shrimp.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
