- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix chicken pieces with olive oil, paprika, salt, black pepper, thyme, and cayenne pepper.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10 minutes.
- While chicken cooks, mix melted butter and minced garlic in a small bowl.
- After 10 minutes, flip the chicken pieces and brush with garlic butter.
- Cook for another 5-7 minutes until crispy and golden.
