- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup diced chicken breast
- 1/2 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg (optional)
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix diced chicken with soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Add cooked rice, mixed vegetables, and vegetable oil to the basket. Stir well.
- Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring once.
- If using an egg, push rice to one side, crack the egg into the basket, and cook for 2 minutes.
- Mix everything together and serve hot.
Notes
- Use day-old rice for best texture.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Add more vegetables if desired.
