A creamy and flavorful chicken and potato bake made easy in your air fryer. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix diced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway.
  4. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and add to the potatoes. Cook for another 10 minutes.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix ranch dressing and sour cream.
  6. Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken and potatoes. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  7. Cook for 5 more minutes or until cheese is melted and chicken is fully cooked.
  8. Serve hot.
