A delicious and easy recipe for creamy chicken Alfredo served in garlic bread boats, made using an air fryer for a crispy finish.

  • 2 large French bread rolls
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the French bread rolls in half lengthwise and hollow out the center slightly.
  3. In a bowl, mix melted butter and garlic powder. Brush the mixture over the bread.
  4. In another bowl, combine shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, salt, and pepper. Fill the bread boats with the mixture.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. Place the bread boats in the air fryer basket and cook for 5-7 minutes until the cheese melts and the bread is crispy.
  7. Garnish with dried parsley and serve hot.
