- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, melted butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and brown sugar for the swirl.
- Pour half the batter into a greased baking pan, then sprinkle half the cinnamon mixture.
- Add the rest of the batter and top with remaining cinnamon mixture.
- Use a knife to swirl the cinnamon lightly.
- Air fry for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use very ripe bananas for best sweetness.
- Check doneness at 15 minutes to prevent over-baking.
