Delicious bite-sized banana bread with a cinnamon swirl, made easily in your air fryer.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, melted butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.
  3. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and brown sugar for the swirl.
  6. Pour half the batter into a greased baking pan, then sprinkle half the cinnamon mixture.
  7. Add the rest of the batter and top with remaining cinnamon mixture.
  8. Use a knife to swirl the cinnamon lightly.
  9. Air fry for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Use very ripe bananas for best sweetness.
  • Check doneness at 15 minutes to prevent over-baking.
  • For extra crunch, top with chopped nuts.
