- 4 slices of thick bread (brioche or Texas toast)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon (for coating)
- 1 tbsp butter (melted, for brushing)
- Cut each bread slice into 4 sticks.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, and 1/2 tsp cinnamon.
- Dip each bread stick into the egg mixture, coating evenly.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place sticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
