Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp melted butter (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Whisk milk, egg, and melted butter in another bowl.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients to form a dough.
  5. Roll dough into small balls (about 1-inch diameter).
  6. Place balls in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  7. Cook for 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
  9. Brush cooked donut holes with melted butter.
  10. Roll in cinnamon sugar mixture until coated.
  11. Serve warm.
