Crispy potato nachos topped with melted cheese and chipotle ranch dressing, made easily in your air fryer.

Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes, sliced into rounds
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tbsp chipotle sauce
  • 1/4 cup diced red onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Toss potato slices with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Arrange potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Sprinkle cheese over potatoes and cook for 2 more minutes.
  6. Mix ranch dressing with chipotle sauce.
  7. Drizzle sauce over nachos and top with red onions and cilantro.
