Crispy bread rolls stuffed with a creamy mix of spinach, artichoke, and cheese, cooked in an air fryer for a quick snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup chopped artichoke hearts
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 small bread rolls
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix spinach, artichoke, mozzarella, cream cheese, parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Cut a small hole in each bread roll and remove some bread to create space.
  4. Fill each roll with the spinach and artichoke mixture.
  5. Brush the rolls with olive oil.
  6. Place rolls in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes until golden.
  7. Serve warm.

  • Use fresh spinach for better taste.
  • Adjust cheese quantities to your preference.
