2 cups mashed potatoes
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1 egg
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Scoop tablespoon-sized portions and shape into small balls.
Place the balls in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
Serve warm.
Notes
Use cold mashed potatoes for easier shaping.
Add a pinch of paprika for extra flavor.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
