Crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside, these air fryer cheesy garlic mashed potato puffs are a delicious twist on classic mashed potatoes. Perfect as a snack or side dish.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions and shape into small balls.
  4. Place the balls in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Use cold mashed potatoes for easier shaping.
  • Add a pinch of paprika for extra flavor.
