Easy and delicious air fryer cheeseburger stuffed crescent pockets made with halal ground beef. Perfect for a quick meal or snack.

  • 1 lb halal ground beef
  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it into small pieces.
  3. Add onions, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until onions soften.
  4. Stir in ketchup and mustard, then remove from heat and mix in shredded cheese.
  5. Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
  6. Spoon beef mixture onto each triangle, then fold dough over and seal edges.
  7. Place stuffed crescents in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  8. Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Serve hot.
