  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut zucchinis in half lengthwise. Scoop out the centers to create boats.
  3. Brush zucchini with olive oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.
  5. Fill zucchini boats with the buffalo chicken mixture.
