Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway.
  4. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and soy sauce to make the glaze.
  5. Brush the glaze over the chicken bites and air fry for another 3-5 minutes until caramelized.
  6. Serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, lightly spray the chicken with cooking oil before air frying.
  • Adjust cooking time based on the size of your chicken pieces.
  • Double the glaze for a sweeter taste.
