  • 12 mini bell peppers, halved and seeded
  • 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, BBQ sauce, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spoon the mixture into the halved mini peppers.
  4. Place stuffed peppers in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until peppers are tender and filling is heated through.
  6. Serve warm.
