1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 tbsp sriracha
8 large lettuce leaves
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
Dredge shrimp in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
Lightly spray shrimp with olive oil and air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to make the bang bang sauce.
Toss cooked shrimp in the sauce.
