12 jumbo pasta shells
1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup Alfredo sauce
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
Cook pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, ricotta, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Stuff each shell with the chicken mixture.
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly brush the air fryer basket with olive oil.
Arrange stuffed shells in the basket, leaving space between them.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
Air fry for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted and shells are golden.
Serve immediately.
Notes
Use fresh Alfredo sauce for best flavor.
